Mary and I wish to visit the south west of Ireland in October, 2012. We plan on a two – three week trip.
We are interested in a self guided trip to include the Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Mohr, Aran Islands,Dingle peninsula to name a few.
Are there age restrictions on renting an automobile?
Would we be better off renting a cottage and doing day trips, or staying at B&B’s as we travel?
What are the cost comparisons?
If a cottage option is chosen, where would you recommend it be located? We prefer convenience to town centers and/or a great view of the water.
