Pembroke Hotel, Kilkenny

Ideally situated at the top of High Street Kilkenny, the Pembroke Hotel, boasts
the historic and beautiful Kilkenny Castle as it’s neighbour. There can be no
better location, a contradiction in terms, enjoy this quiet location that is
still in the heart of the Marble City. Situated on Patrick Street, The Pembroke
is just a 2 minute walk from its sister hotel, The Kilkenny Ormonde.

All 74 bedrooms are carefully designed to suit the more sophisticated tastes. A
selection of bedrooms offer outstanding views of Kilkenny Castle and its
manicured gardens. All our hotel rooms consist of: Queen Sized Beds, Flat Screen
TV’s ,Tea/ Coffee Making Facilities, Trouser Press, Iron and Ironing Board and
are Fully Air Conditioned.

Situated on the lower ground floor of the Pembroke Hotel, DT’s Bar is stylish, comfortable and offers an array of home-style cooked dishes. Food Served Monday – Friday. Tea/Coffee, Scones – 9.30am – 12.30pm / Lunch 12noon – 3pm.

Now opened at The Pembroke is the stunning Parlour Cafe. Set to be one of Kilkenny’s
new hotspots, The Parlour Cafe offers chic yet relaxed dining all day in a
welcoming, warm and memorable atmosphere. The Parlour will be the new heart of
the hotel, where warm earthy tones will combine with great food, all made fresh
to order right in front of you! Bagels for breakfast, ciabattas and panninis for
lunch and a sumptuous dinner menu until well into the evening.

Avail of the extensive leisure facilities of our sister hotel, The Kilkenny Ormonde
Hotel, situated just 2 minutes walk from the Pembroke Hotel. The Ormonde Leisure
Club provides state of the art equipment with trained staff on hand to provide
professional advice. Complete with 21 metre decked swimming pool, state of the
art cardiovascular and resistance equipment, children’s pool, sauna, steam room
and jacuzzi.
